Topic: If we got it, what GBA games would you want on a Switch VC?

Saw a thread for a Gamecube VC wishlist, didn't see one for GBA. So if Switch got a VC, what GBA games do you want to see? The Gamecube and GBA VCs are my most wanted feature on the Switch right now. Even though nothing is confirmed, I can dream!

I will go first.
Both Advance Wars titles
All 3 Fire Emblem titles
All 5 Pokemon titles (with Pokemon Bank/Transporter support) (And I can dream that they'd re-release the gen 3 events that most of us missed back in the day)
The Harvest Moon games.
The Final Fantasy ports
Zoids Legacy
Metroid Fusion
Zelda Minish Cap
FINAL FANTASY TACTICS

All the MegaMan Battle Network games
All the MegaMan Zero games
Advance Wars 1 and 2

I just want one game. WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!

Huh .... not much of a GBA gamer since I always found the necessity of a light source bothersome and uncomfortable.

But aside from that,

• Metroid Fusion
• The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
• Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald
• Mario Tennis Power Tour
• Mario Golf Advance Tour
• Mario vs. Donkey Kong
• Mega Man Battle Network 1-4

The game I want most is WarioWare Twisted

I got all the GBA games I wanted on Wii U I'm not sure I'd buy any more. Well except for 1,Metroid - Zero Mission. Kept meaning to buy it but never did. That's a certain purchase. Other than that, not really interested. I find that's where I am with VC in general, I've already bought tons of games on Wii VC,including many I already owned in the 80's/90's. I bought more again on Wii U VC. The appeal of VC has kind of worn off for me now. The only way I could get excited for VC again is if any of the below come to Switch

Yoshi's Island SNES
Saturn VC
Dreamcast VC
GameCube VC
Arcade VC (Sega Capcom Namco)

For me Hamster and Zerodiv are delivering the VC of this gen. If an expanded Arcade VC like I mentioned above was to happen, nothing Nintendo do could top it.

Having said that, who knows what Nintendo are going to do with the Classic Game Collection. We know they're adding online to some of them. I've got my fingers crossed they will be remastered too, wide-screen, HD etc... If that happens then that's a different story altogether. That would be very exciting.

@GoldenGamer88 Never had an GBA-SP I am guessing? I remember my parents agreed to get me one when I told them I would never need them to buy me AA batteries again. Still have it.

@OorWullie I know there were on there, and I got a few, but I want them on the Switch because of the Hybrid access. The Switch to me is the perfect system for my preferences to collect VC content on.

I want these so bad on Switch as VC if there is a Chance.

@Heavyarms55 I actually did but I still didn‘t play it much. I suppose portability hadn‘t been as important to me at that point as it is today so I always preferred playing GameCube or PS2. That or the memories of playing on the OG GBA still left a bad opinion towards GBA as a whole on me. Prob a good mix of the two.

I've only played Ninja 5-0 emulated unfortunately as buying it is way too expensive. I would happily buy a VC version in a heartbeat!
And I would like Drill Dozer.
And that Yoshi Topsy Turvey or something.
There's soo much more but my brain doesn't want to recall them right now. 😳

@GoldenGamer88 I guess that is fair enough. I spent a couple hours reading about the GBA today, and didn't even realize so many people disliked it. As a kid just coming off of Game Boy Color, it was awesome. I played mine to the point the A button was nearly worn out.

To be honest I might want some of the old Hamtaro games, those are really fun. AND SUMMON NIGHT SWORDCRAFT STORY! (and the sequel!) they are so great.

There's some other games too but I don't really remember hue.

I'm not a big fan of GBA (except Mario Kart Super Circuit) I prefer the old GameBoy. If I had to choose I'd rather have classic Game Boy Virtual console. If we get both even better but I'm not going to spend many money on GBA games

@Heavyarms55 I guess that‘s the thing - I was too young to really play on GBC and it was more my dad‘s than mine. The first handheld I have more than a few games for was DS. And then again, I only started to care for portability when I started to go to university and travel from my hometown to the big city per train several days a week.

Iridion 3D, the gba Castlevanias , all of the power ranger gba games since they are coming up on a huge anniversary for the series.

@GoldenGamer88 That is understandable. I was always the weird kid who would sit in the same room as 2 game consoles and choose to play Game Boy.

While a vast majority of these are already on the Wii U eshop (and is how I've played half of them), I would like to see the following:

• All three GBA Fire Emblem games (or at least FE7 and Sacred Stones)
• Minish Cap
• All Gen 3 Pokemon games (including FR/LG)
• All 6 Battle Network Games
• Pokemon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire
• Both GBA Golden Suns
• Wario Land 4
• Metroid: Zero Mission
• Metroid Fusion
• Advance Wars

Wishful thinking:

• Mother 3
• Creating an enhanced/combined port of the A Link to the Past/Four Swords cartridge. I'm basically suggesting for them to combine the GBA ALttP game with the changes brought about in Four Swords Anniversay Edition.
