@Beluganator For sure. I have good hopes it will happen at some point @gcunit Yeah, I noticed that trend too. Guess it makes sense from a business stand point. Let's see if I have the patience to wait this one out
In their last update, they said the port was doing great. They still don't try a release date yet not just to break a promise later. Still suppose to come out this year....the wait is umbearable.

Child on the Moon - Majora's Mask
Everytime i heard something from the devs it sounded as if the game was around the corner, but now nearly half a year is over since they said they are practically done and just doing some optimizing. hope they sort everything out real soon so i can enjoy the game every sale of the game on pc is killing me
Played the first 30 minutes or so. Not quite sure what I'm doing and where I'm going yet but I found some kind of boss that I killed without taking damage. Also saw a big dude and I was pretty sure I'd have easier time elsewhere but I wanted to see if there's an item behind him. The way lead to another room and I decided to turn back. I was trying to get back to the other side of the room without taking damage from the big guy but then I found a secret passage that also made it really easy to kill the guy. I just stood in a place that he couldn't reach and hit him until he died. I also found my way back to the start and decided to stop there. It's bit confusing without the necessary tools to navigate the areas but I kind of like not having a self-filling map as well. And now I have an access to some items that will make it easier to navigate.
It's its, not it's.

I expected to like this game, but it really is unusually good for an indie Metroidvania. Smooth, lush hand drawn visuals, a great difficulty curve, tight controls, haunting music, effective sound design, an interesting, very contextual narrative, as in Dark Souls, and, from the sound of it, a TON of content.
It took me a little while to get into the game but now I'm really in love with it. I'm usually pretty harsh on games that get hyped up so much and while I wasn't overly impressed in the first couple hours I'm really glad I stuck around. I find the game to get much more enjoyable a few hours into it. At the beginning I thought the story was going to be like one of those cliche "artsy" indie games where the entire story is up to player interpretation, but I like how it turned out.
I'm currently working on getting 107% completion. I don't normally 100% games because often times I'd rather move onto the next one but Hollow Knight is just too much fun to put down. It's really satisfying to learn a boss' attack patterns and gradually get better until you beat it.
