Topic: Help Possible LACUNA gameplay bug

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone else has encontered the same bug as me in the lacuna game and have a fix?

It's the part when you have to use your keypad to contact Saita with the boat code, to complete the objective.
The problem I am having is no matter what I do I cannot get the keypad to activate. Keypad activation is "x" but it doesnt work, along with all other buttons tried.
I have even restarted the game to no avail.

Any input would be great.
