Topic: Fun rpgs on switch that aren't turn based?

I recently played final fantasy xv and xenoblade and they were fun because they feel more fast paced. Any games you can recommend that are like those games?

Dragon Quest XI, it's a turn based game but it's too good to pass up honestly.

Sounds like you need Tales of Vesperia in your life.

Or if you don't want a pseudo-turned based rpg, maybe something more action oriented?

If you're looking for more action JRPGs I'd second Ys VIII and Tales of Vesperia.

I loved Trials of Mana, the battles are action based

Maybe Baldurs Gate? It's a bit older but it features party-based real-time-combat.

YS VIII is fantastic as are Tales of Vesperia (I last played this on 360 though) & Trials of Mana (played PS4 version).

Dragon Quest Builders is pretty good, as is Shining Resonance Refrain.

Trials of mana is so good. Highly recommended like others already have. In fact I almost want to replay it soon.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has been my favorite game since it launched on the Switch out of any game on any platform. I went in with low expectations and was completely blown away. Currently playing through the first one now.
