A little background on the topic -
My nintendo switch is in the repair lab, and I had transfered my account to my friend's switch.
Right now there's a sale on Splatoon 2 that I'm willing to purchase. How will it work if I will purchase it from web eshop? Should I purchase it from my friends Switch on my account? And when my Switch will be back from the repair lab - will my game purchase be transfered with my Nintendo Account?

Just purchase it from the website, it will unlock the licence for it on your account and you will be able to download it when you get the switch back.

Buying it from your account in a different switch should have the same effect too.

As long as your logged into your NIN account during the purchase it should show up on your NSW when you get it back otherwise you need to contact NIN support about it.
