You‘re gonna sell your Switch because you‘re having issues with the online? Have you tested your internet connection, specifically your NAT type? Do you have any other consoles and tested your internet connection there? It may very well be an issue with your router‘s settings. I‘d recommend you go through the steps in the link the above post mentioned.
Had a similar issue last October(a different error code tho). None of these steps helped and my router doesn‘t support DMZs so all I had left was to portforward my Switch (and later on all of my consoles because my router just hates me like that) - and it works perfectly ever since.
