Looks like it means there's a problem with your SD Card. Maybe try a different card. If the problem persists I would contact Nintendo themselves.

@ptcmonka You can look up error codes by plugging them into the search bar on a nintendo support website.

Here's a support page that covers your code: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a...

Follow the button drop boxes for troubleshooting on that support page. It talks about sd card if you select the "at startup" button, then "Error displays".

In line with what Tasuki said. You can also try booting up the console without your sd card inserted. Note: you should only insert or remove microSD cards while the console is off. But the problem is probably your microSD card.

@ptcmonka I cant really tell you what to do to fix the problem as I am not a repair person. As I said contact Nintendo for a repair.

@ptcmonka Nintendo's support site should be your go-to source for troubleshooting. It's a very thorough website. If you can't solve something with nintendo support site's troubleshooting, that's a good indication that there's hardware failure and something needs repair or replacing. I would only search google as a last result for troubleshooting.

If you open those button drop boxes on that support page I pasted a link to, that troubleshooting recommended a few things: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a...

  • Reseat the microSD card by removing and reinserting the microSD card.
  • Format the microSD card.
  • Use a different microSD card.
  • Remove the microSD card and download the software directly to the system memory.

=======================================

If the error persists with multiple supported microSD cards, or when downloading directly to the system memory, the Nintendo Switch console will need to be repaired. For testing purposes include one or two of the problematic cards with the repair.

For your convenience, Nintendo offers a quick and easy-to-use online repair process.

edit: If you need a repair, you can set up repair with Nintendo, or alternatively, you can find local business that does Switch repair. Video game stores sometimes have game console repair services, and sometimes computer repair businesses do, too.

If your SD card reader needs replacing, that's supposed to be one of the easier repair jobs for the switch (not the Switch Lite), and you can find videos for it, like on iFixit's youtube. (I don't have experience with the repair myself)
