Topic: E-Shop Organization

Hi everyone, I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying your Switch as much as me. I wanted to chat/as questions about the e-shop if anyone knew Nintendo's plan for it. Basically when the Switch came out, there weren't that many games so the limited interface was fine, but as the variety grew it is almost becoming unwieldy to the point that unless you knew exactly what you were looking for, it is hard to locate new games. Does anyone know if Nintendo is planning on some kind of organizational structure to the games, by genre at least. If this already exists then I am blind, very possible, and could someone tell me how to locate this structure.
Thank you.

Darn you Nintendo, my backlog is already out of control and you are just making it worse with these new game announcements!!!!

(Oh dear, I clicked in here in the hopes of finding a way to actually organise the eshop.) XD

This would be awesome. I find it difficult as well to find games in the eshop now. Also, I don't really keep up with what's coming out unless it's big Nintendo titles (which I buy as retail anyway) so it's really annoying not being able to make more general searches, such as for genres. I often find I need to make Google searches for game titles I might be interested in before I venture into the eshop which just seems a little... XD

Though with the care Nintendo seems to be treating the Switch with, I have hopes they will get there eventually. I'll just bear with it until then (or forever, whichever it will be).

Easy.

Click on "New Games". The games will auto-organize so the newest releases appear on top.

Problem solved.
