Topic: Couple of questions regarding Switch account sharing

Hi,
I am going to get soon additional Switch.
1. Can I play local multiplayer from both devices connected one to another, playing with friend?
2. Is it possible to share my existing games on the second device? All my games are digital.
If Yes, how does it work?
2.a. If I connect to my username from the second device, will I be signed off from the first one?
2.b. Can I play locally with same username from both devices connected to each other?
