@renrenzo
@NintendoByNature could be right. Also, back around February-April, Nintendo had to introduce new security measures to bolster Switch security with eshop purchases, because hacking had become a problem. You may just need to re-enter your credit info, either on the Switch, or in your Nintendo account on Nintendo's website. You may see the option to enable two step verification, too, which they suggest doing, but it's still your choice, I think.

If that doesn't solve your issue, and you have a way to contact Nintendo, I'd ask what you need to do to get it working.

@renrenzo Yeah, with the Nintendo revamping of security, I've seen a couple people complain that their credit card stopped working. I honestly don't know what the solution is, I've just heard people ended up contacting Nintendo. I'd contact Nintendo if you can. I see your in Brazil.... If you don't have a way to contact Nintendo for your region, I think Nintendo UK & US customer service have instant messenger when they are open. Or email. Or Nintendo Australia, like you mentioned.

@renrenzo Here's a few things
Nintendo support directions for credit card scenario like yours:

At the moment, US Nintendo support messenger isn't available, not sure why. You may have to email if customer support at the country of your choice, if messenger's aren't open. (I know they close messenger outside of work ours.)
