Topic: Can’t connect switch to sky

Hi can anybody please help, we bought a Nintendo Switch for my son and can not connect to sky. All other product connect with no problem but the switch says Error code 2110-2199 Unable to connect to network device. I’ve spoken to sky who say the problem is with the Switch, I’m still waiting to hear back from Nintendo. Thank you

Hi there. I've had a quick look and it could be the type of security settings on your router that won't allow the Nintendo Switch to connect.

The same thing happened to me with the router in my parents house. To fix it, I just changed the Router security type and entered a new password for it and it worked fine then.
