The first is obviously the sequel Last Light, but I’m guessing you’ll be familiar with that one already.
Alien Isolation has a similar creepy vibe and stealth system, but the weapons are used more for defence and distraction than killing enemies (the Alien cannot be killed but there are other enemies that need to be dealt with). The fact that you play as a civilian engineer who isn’t as familiar with weapons plays into it, so that is comparable to the clunky weapons in Metro, along with story and atmosphere vibes.

@MarioBrickLayer Bioshock is a good suggestion. Bioshock 2 especially in terms of clunky weapons as you play as one of the Big Daddies with a drill for an arm!

@Zuljaras It's more than 30mins of gameplay. I was playing it for about 2ish hours when I first got it and I never got to the non-download cut off point of the game.
