Recently i started to feel burnt out after reaching more than 485 hours since my last activity was exploiting Redd other color stuffs.
I started to reduce my ACNH gameplay time gradually as the only thing i can do just time travel forward and backward to keep triggering Redd.
Still waiting for October update for new stuffs.

Btw, how did you farm Gold ore normally as you don't Time Travel ?
I did Time Travel forward and backward and still have very slim chance to get Gold ore from the rocks on my island.
@Anti-Matter Gold nuggets are very rare to begin with. Basically I would just hit rocks daily and then I take what I can get. It's pretty much left to chance as to whether or not a gold nugget appears.
