1. TLOZ WindWaker - rebuild all the graphics specifically for DLSS and make the best looking Zelda game ever
2. TLOZ Twilight Princess - as above
3. a new 3D Mario collection including Galaxy 2, hopefully with all the 3D games optimised for DLSS
Retro - The Disney Afternoon Collection
3rd Party
1. GTA 5
2. Gears of War - I think i'd prefer this to Halo, although I would play Halo
3. NHL
4. Red Dead Redemption 2
A lot of the rumoured games/ports excite me a lot tbh
Tekken 8 & RDR2 would be brilliant
I wonder if the Mass Effect trilogy would land? I think that would sell enormously well
Also the remaining FromSoft portfolio. Aside from BB (Sony licensed…) and DeS remake (likely too technically advanced) it should be possible to run DS2, DS3, Sekiro and Elden Ring well. Also AC6 is slick on the deck, so Switch2 could be a go-er
@MarioBrickLayer That would be cool. If it's a cross-gen release, I wonder if it would be just one version that works with both the Switch 1 and Switch 2, instead of a separate version for each. Do they make games that are like that on the other platforms? Not too sure, but I thought I'd ask anyway. (Anyone is free to chime in on that question I asked.)
I was a bit surprised that neither Baldur's Gate 3 nor Metaphor: Refantazio weren't yet announced for the Switch 2, but I'm sure they'll come at some point, given that Larian and Atlus have released their previous games on the Switch 1. I don't think either of them would be too demanding for the Switch 2, now that we have rough idea of what sort of games it can run.
You can add Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 to the list. I've been considering getting it for my PC, but I much prefer playing JRPGs like this on the Switch, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a port. Looking at the game's hardware requirements for PC, they don't seem that much higher than with Cyberpunk 2077, so I think the Switch 2 could run a well optimised version of Clair Obscur if it can run Cyberpunk too.
Now we know what is currently planned for the Switch 2, looking back at what people have asked for, a couple of games certainly have been announced such as Elden Ring, Final Fantasy VII and a Yakuza game.
There are a lot of games that I feel should be coming to the Switch 2 such as the Tomb Raider reboot trilogy, Mafia trilogy - maybe the newest since it’s not open world. Could be scalable down to Switch 2.
I want to say the Mass Effect games but this is EA and their treatment of Nintendo consoles even when hugely successful makes me think they won’t bother.
Red Dead Redemption 2 should be a sure thing but Rockstar would probably either need to outsource it or be in a position to spare manpower to port it themselves. As GTA VI was delayed, maybe there’s a chance RDR2 will come this year to help create extra revenue.
PlayStation don’t own Death Stranding and it has appeared on Xbox. The second game is coming to PS5 this year so I don’t think the first game would be getting the porting treatment yet, but it does run on PS4 so definitely think we are in with a big shout that it’ll come over. I do really love the idea of traveling across huge grounds making deliveries in a game while traveling across large grounds in real life.

I’ve changed my thoughts a bit as of late. I want games from developers and publishers that want to support the console. I’m not asking and begging for anything. I think the console is capable enough to run a lot of modern games decently. The ones I really wanted are confirmed to be releasing.
Im actually surprised Microsoft didn't capitalize on the switch 2 launch with some Xbox Series ports. Right now they've only got Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 even announced for the system at all. Seems like a missed opportunity, Indiana Jones would work wonderfully with modified mouse or gyro controls for certain sequences. Grounded could use a better port for Switch 2. Even Forza 5 or Gears Reloaded!
Ports show a systems third party support is healthy. Getting a few high profile ports of games that never hit Switch before is cool, but I'd like to see many more announcements. I thought after the April direct we'd see a flood of third party announcements like we do for every other game hardware announcement. You usually see a few highlighted games during the showcase or direct, and then the rest of the third parties announce their projects on their own time from then on out.
That hasn't happened here. So I hope as the install base grows and developers see how competent ports like Cyberpunk are, they get encouraged to show their high profile ports.
I just realized I am doing kinda well on my wishlist. Got Soul Calibur 2, SF6 and VF5 REVO.

I'm a Dream Fighter. Perfume is Love, Perfume is Life.
Everything I would want wouldn't be be possible on Switch 2. When Nintendo realise that people don't want lesser ports of games from 3 years ago they'll start putting out more first party
I don't have a Steam deck so what I want most at the moment is as many Yakuza games Sega/RGG are willing to port over so I can play them portably.
I'm really happy with the 0 port (haven't played it in a few years) but I'd really like Yakuza 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Switch 2 as well. With VF5 getting announced for Switch 2, it bodes well for the Dragon Engine Yakuza games (Kiwami 2, 6, 7, 8, Pirate)
