I think I'd prefer Switch 2. This one shouldn't confuse the average Joe either. Gets right to the point that it's the next Switch. Not a creative name, but gets the job done
But if the rumoured hybrid with a port for a second screen is true will this even be part of the switch brand? Could be the Super Nintendo DS
In my humble opinion I think the Switch 2 will just be called Switch 2 why mess with a Name that people know so well. I still don’t believe it’s coming just yet.

I'd like something that gives a nod to Nintendo's history, like Switch Ultra. I agree that Switch should be part of the name and see the argument for Switch 2- it just wouldn't be a very Nintendo name..

I thought you were trying to spell out a secret name with the first letters of the words but it turned out to be 'ESWFF'. 😝 So Nintendo ESWFF it is. No context, no spelled-out acronym, just ESWFF. That would be some epic marketing. Imagine all the Nintendo people just acting like it clearly made sense.
Hmm, Nintendo Beyond, in that you can take it portably beyond the home, it iterates, comes next, surpasses and "goes beyond" the current switch in power?
Drawback is its one of those words that sounds corny like this
