Does anyone truly recommend the Switch 2 Gamecube controller as their main controller for the games they play, outside of Nintendo Classics? I’ve heard the build quality is amazing, and I’ve heard that the Gamecube controller is typically the most favoured controller by many. I’ve only gotten to hold one once in my life, so I can’t exactly remember how much I liked/disliked it, what’s so amazing about it? I would like to pick one up but I’m just curious on if others are happy with it and like using it outside of something like Nintendo Classics or Smash.

It's a great controller, but as the sticks don't click there's a lot of games that it won't work for. I've play MK World with it and it's great but I've mainly used it for the GameCube games.

This controller is a must for playing amecube games. It's brilliant. It even has rumble and motion control... and its nice.
It's confusing playing gamecube games with the pro controller due to button layout.

Works perfect with mariokart and pikmin games.

Mario 3d all stars is amazing with this controller, especially mario sunshine, the jet spray is still analogue.

Normal games that need clicky stick buttons, this won't work.
