I can't access my eShop Account Information page.
I click the Mii icon on the top right of the eShop and it either doesn't do anything or it brings the page up but doesn't actually load anything!
Just got my S2 off the dock to check for you and mine seems to be loading correctly. So I'm not sure how to help you. Have you restarted the console? Maybe try to power off (not sleep) and power it back on.
You could also try clearing the cache if that doesn't help. It won't delete your saves or anything but be advised you will have to sign back into the eShop and stuff like that. Including your wifi. This would clear all saved passwords and such but won't affect games or saves.

NL and users can't address eShop issues that is for Nintedo eShop support to address your eShop issues since no one knows what location or what eShop settings your using.
Usually when this happens to me which isn't very often if at all it's an issue with the internet. Try restarting your router, you could try using a wired connection as well. Also like others have said rebooting the console and clearing the cache can solve issues as well.
Yep, did the Modem and Router, redid the system Cache.
It still is happening.
I'll call Nintendo tomorrow, see if they can figure it out... But considering they just gutted the Customer service department, I don't I'll get anywhere
