Topic: Email verification doesn’t work

Just bought a new switch 2.
Turned it on, scanned the QR code which sends me an email to verify my account, but I never receive the email.
Have been through all the Nintendo support online help pages, checked spam, added Nintendo as address in the contacts etc.

Have been emailing Nintendo support who are beyond useless, they just keep regurgitating the same old “follow these steps” help file which doesn’t work.

Nintendo UK don’t work weekends also.
Nintendo online chat box is not for UK, only americas.
Spoke to someone from Nintendo and they said as was in UK they can’t help.

Anyone got any fix to this issue?

My email address is still active and can send / receive emails, just not from Nintendo for some reason.

It's not just you. I am experiencing the same issue. Try to login into my Nintendo account and still waiting for 2 step verification email to come through. I assume their server might be down for some reason.
