Topic: Switch Games Crashs after few seconds

I have the problem that my Nintendo Switch Freezes, the Games Crashes or just the notifications that the games close bc of an issue..

This problem only happens when i use the Switch in Docking
If i Start the game in Handheld mode and play one round of Smash than nothing happens, but then when i put it into the Docking it crashs after seconds..
Already happened when i start the switch in the docking..

Sorry for my english, I’m not a native speaker.
I hope u understand my problem anyway..

BTW: I use cardriges so no download games.

I hope someone can help me..

@lxcthx Not sure what your issue is. I don't know if you've tried Nintendo"s support. I mention it because, a lot of people that make a profile here don't know that Nintendo actually has very good customer support. Their support phone line is very good. I dont know if you would call Nintendo Deutschland or Nintendo Europe.
