Hi can anyone help a newcomer to the Nintendo Switch, which was brand new at Xmas and ALL OUR OTHER GAMES WORK WELL. We've bought Ringfit Adventure 2nd hand. The first 2 times we used it, it played fine. The third time we tried, it got stuck in a loop playing the attachment guide/suit-up guide over and over and over again. At that stage the only way to get out of the game is to physically take the cartridge out of the Switch, as NONE of the buttons work. Also during this game the buttons indicated on screen do NOT do what they should.
We then returned the game to the person we bought it from, and have brought a BRAND NEW version of it. GUESS WHAT? The brand new version goes into a loop in exactly the same place. NO OTHER GAMES fail to play, just the Ringfit .
Are we to assume this is just a fundamentally flawed piece of rubbish?
