Topic: NintendoLife Account Issue

Hello! I'm trying to add a description to an account on here I just created but it whenever I click save in the account creation settings I get a message that says this:

"The following problems were found with this form:

Updated must not occur more than 1 times"

I don't know what it's talking about, does anyone know how to fix this?
