Topic: Nintendo Switch Docking/TV Issues

Hi everyone! I have a unique situation with a Nintendo Switch docking/TV problem. I recently sold my Nintendo Switch and when I sold it, everything was working perfectly. I did the factory reset when I handed it over and I kept the SD card as well for if/when I buy a new one. I got a message back from the buyer stating that the docking station is acting up saying that the display on the TV is really hard to make out and if you do anything on/with the Switch it disconnects. They tried on multiple TVs and the same issue is happening, they even tried the actual TV setting to see if anything would change. They tried doing different HDMI ports and nothing worked. I want to help them out as much as possible to solve the solution. As far as I know the Switch is still fully functional. We are ruling out that the docking station isn't functional anymore since everything was working perfectly when I sold it.

@iAndroidO That was smart of them to try different tv's, hdmi ports, and cable. If it's truly not working, I wouldn't rule out the dock unless they've tried another dock, or tried another switch with your dock. I don't know what else to suggest and understand if needing another dock or switch to test things isn't possible.
