If in the menu you clear notifications fast enough, this happens:

...ok, I don't know how to insert images here, but what happens is the UI shows negative amount of notifications.
It fixes itself when reopening the menu on the right.

Zelda and Sonic forever, just not in a shippy way.

@antdickens Sure thing! I used the notification created by your very reply here to cause the bug again, by clicking the "X" to dismiss it several times quickly. This time I managed -4 by clicking 5 times. Just sent you the screenshot.

Hm more info... I use Google Chrome on Windows.

@inenai @antdickens It doesn't matter which browser you use: I am on Firefox and it happens there as well. It's just notification numbers being updated faster than the notifications themselves disappearing when you click them away, from what I can tell, causing this negative number to appear. (edit: corrected for clarity)

@inenai As for posting pictures: you can use a site like PostImage.
https://postimages.org/
Go there, upload a picture or screenshot from your PC or smart device, and then post the resulting "Direct Link" here by using the image command line, like so:
Untitled

@antdickens Also while you are here I noticed that for a week now some adds automatically turn of their sound when I am on the home page of NL. It is quite frustrating as I have to turn it off manually every time. The adds are local in my language.

@Zuljaras if you can email screenshots to me I can try and get them banned as all ads should be auto-muted, thanks for the help!

Just did. The adds are actually clever and they start muted but when you accidentally mouse over them they unmute and start booming like crazy.

Only certain format of adds are doing it. Many different items advertised but it is clear that they all come form one place.

Still I think it is NOT ok.

I can confirm the issue with the notifications' counter has been fixed!
