Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time comes out this Friday the 12th of March, and I myself can't wait. However, I can't find a physical copy of the game in any UK store. I'm not adamantly against buying a digital copy, but I'd rather buy the game physical. GAME does not list a release date for the game, and Amazon does not even have a listing for it. Other countries don't seem to have this problem, and from what I've seen, Activition hasn't said anything about the lack of a physical edition. I've seen other people on this site having the same problem, so I was just wondering if anyone has anymore insight of this situation. Hoping anyone could help.
Hey same problem in France. They list the physical edition on Fnac (like Best Buy) but it's set for release 31 December...placeholder I'm assuming. I asked customer service and they of course knew nothing. Maybe a question for Nintendo Europe?
@TJC04 Ya has far as I know uk dose not have one but maybe you could still find one from like Uh like a off brand store or it might be at a wallmart if its not online Sorry I can't be much of help.
Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!

Sorry for not being active much recently, but I’m very much alive!
@TJC04 You could ask NL if they have a contact with Activision or ToysForBob. The support pages for those sites don't provide a channel to ask about UK physical release for Crash 4(Switch) - I looked.
My concern is that they might not be issuing the complete game on cartridge. Unfortunately, online retailers often show artwork WITHOUT the mandatory download warning (as was the case with Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit). I'll consider grabbing this, but not before seeing the packaging in person.
"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
@Silly_G It's 10.09 GB on Xbox store. I would think that's a good sign that the full game will be on the the Switch cart. Or maybe I'm naive.
There have been times where publishers have skimped on 16GB in favour of 8GB cartridges, so, unfortunately, there is a precedent. And in Capcom's case, 1GB to save money on using a 4GB cart in the case of Mega Man Legacy Collection! (both parts could have fit on a 4GB cart)
Perhaps this can be trusted? Best Buy site says Full Game is on cart, under requirements, in the Specifications section of the page.
It's sad that that even needs to be listed, but some disclosure ahead of time can be handy. Incidentally, Best Buy's listings for the physical editions of both Spyro Reignited Edition (also published by Activision) and Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit on Switch states that the "Full game" is on the cartridges even though there is a mandatory download requirement for both, so, I think it can be taken from this that their information is unreliable.
