Topic: Help! Question about NSO family membership and Animal Crossing HHP DLC

Hello Nintendo Life community, first time poster, desperately seeking an answer to this question:

I have a Nintendo Switch Online family membership + expansion pack - the full works, everything.

I have four active consoles including my switch 2 (main console) and switch lite (secondary).

My daughter, my wife and I play animal crossing (acnh). I have a digital copy and physical copy of the game and we are all on the family membership.

Can anyone explain why we can't play the DLC at the same time on two consoles? Shouldn't each family member have access to the acnh DLC simultaneously??

Thanks to anyone who can find a solution to such a specific issue.

Has each family member visited the Happy Home Paradise page on the eShop on their own accounts and selected download? That's the only thing I can think of.

Hi, I'm 90% certain I've tried this to no avail. Downloaded HHP DLC via my daughter's account and my own, open the game on one switch using my daughter's account, can't then open the game (with DLC) on my account on another switch...

It used to be fine, before the digital game card update came along.
