Hello,
i got a weird problem and hope you guys can help me.
i bought new 3ds xl and wanted my downloaded games and data of my old 3ds to be in my new 3ds,
what i did is pluged in my SD card on my PC and made a copy of it then pluged in my MicroSD card and paste my nintnedo file in it(this is exactly what i did) , the wierd thing is when i put my microSD i couldn't see any of my games! and the most weird is when i play my pokemon alpha sapphire game i saw my data, and i actually put my microSD in my old 3ds(with the adapter) and actually saw all of my downloadable games. other transferring methods i just don't like , i think this method is the best in many ways.
it's really seems too weird for me, but hope you guys can help me.
thank you.
and sorry for my bad English

You can't see the games because they are still linked to your original 3DS. In order to get them to run on your new 3DS, you´ll need to use the system transfer tool which you can find in the system settings of both of your systems. Make sure that MicroSD Card is empty again (so the games you're going to transfer aren't on there anymore), and put the original SD card with the games in your original 3DS. Turn both systems on, go to the settings, and use the system transfer tool. The games'll dissapear from your original system and reappear on the New 3DS. I don't know whether your save files remain intact (since they didn't when transferred from DSi to 3DS), but I'm fairly sure they will.
I can see why you prefer transferring via your PC, but it sadly just doesn't work. You need to use the tool on your system.
