Topic: Your True Personality?

I've had this on my mind for a while...
Do you guys act differently on this site than you do in real life? I know for a fact I do...I'm usually sarcastic to most people, and I have a low tolerance for stupid people...However, on this site I'm unnaturally patient with people like that, probably because there are seldom many. So, it got me to thinkin'. Do any of you guys exhibit traits on this site that you don't usually have in real life?

not really. what you read is what you get. if you know me on NL, you pretty much know me in real life, snarky mornings and all.

Well, I'm not much different on N-Life than I am in real life.

not really... probably the one thing i do IRL that i don't do here (on the site proper, anyway) is curse like a sailor -- when, where, and if it is appropriate to do so. :3 it doesn't make sense for me to act one way in one place and another in another place; it's just too much work, lol.

I do act differently in real life than I do here, but the disconnect is that here you see my true personality, not the titanium-armor-plated version everyone irl gets. Whether or not that's a bad thing is up for your decission.

What you get here is my true personality, the one that I can have without my parents getting on me. In real life I do act differently, at least around my parents.

I'm always the same. Naturally brilliant and undeniably humble.

My personality is different, mainly because I get to plan out what I say when typing out a message like this.

Also, I feel more comfortable opening up to people (whether it's sharing a joke or sharing a personal trait) with a computer than in real life. This is again partly because I get to type it out meticulously before hand.

Meticulously. I wouldn't usually use that word in every day language because It wouldn't come to me quick enough in conversation.

In other words, no. I don't act any differently in real life than I do on here. I'm not insecure about my personality, and I've come out of my shell since I started performing...and got a girlfriend.

I'm way quieter IRL. I wouldn't say I'm socially awkward, I've no problem with talking to folk. Just you talk to me first. Cheers.
