Topic: Why is it so hard buying new clothes online?

I've had so much hassle recently trying to buy a new coat and some shoes that I just feel like giving up and checking all the charity shops once in a while.
I ordered 2 coats and have sent them both back for being of extremely poor quality and not fitting and I'm now on my third attempt, but have had to settle for one that I didn't really want due to the size being more in line to what I actually need.
And don't get me started on the shoes I'm trying to get 'Kickers Lennon Boatshoe in black' but their own website is completely sold out of the size I'm after and has been for absolutely ages now and there's nothing on Amazon, Ebay or any other online retailer as well, absolutely impossible to get hold of, apart from travelling to one of their shops I don't know of any other way to obtain them.
