As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
Take a wild guess. It's because people think hating on Nintendo is cool, and give all Nintendo games the "childish" stamp. Ironically, most of these remarks come from tween gamers, who are kids themselves.
Recently I've been playing Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD, Link's Awakening, and Luigi's Mansion 3. Also replaying Rayman Legends and trying to get better at Smash Ultimate
There are a few main reasons some groups might want Nintendo 'dead':
For really old school Nintendo fans, it's because Nintendo stopped making all the best Mario games 2D and the Zelda games like the NES/SNES versions (or Ocarina of Time). See, Sean Malstrom and co.
For certain newer Nintendo fans, it's because Nintendo didn't keep making Nintendo 64/Gamecube style games.
For self proclaimed 'hardcore' fanboys, it's because it'd make them feel better about their favourite company or because they're too blinded by the 'real is brown' fad to know what Nintendo offers the industry.
For certain indies and 'journalists', it's because Nintendo wants to make fun games, not 'arty' or 'social meaning' games and 'how dare a toy company be successful in an artistic medium'.
Maybe for a few, because someone else would get to own Mario or Zelda or Pokemon. Or because they personally think that if Nintendo goes under, they can buy the rights to Mario/Zelda/Pokemon.
