Green Day shouldn't have a Rock Band. They are my favorite band, I have every album, but the guitar riffs are so simple is most of their songs. Plus, they curse so much that it sounds terrible with all that censorship. That said, Blink182 should not get a game. I say Queen, now that they are adding piano.

I'm not a "music"-game guy, but Green Day Rock Band is an insta-fail as far as i'm concerned as it doesn't include anything from before Dookie. I loved early Green Day (and did like Dookie and an album or two post-that), but what they've become makes me feel ill whenever i hear it.
@zk Again, i'm not a "music"-game guy, but a Dylan-based game would be pretty cool.
BTW, bonus points for most uses of the word "band" in the thread title. =)
I'm just going to say no one to this. I like music games, but they (Guitar Hero expecially) are becoming over saturated. They should stick to one game a year, if that. Not including DJ Hero, which I'll consider seperate since the gameplay is at least slightly different, there were SIX Guitar Hero games released in 2009. From that mess, all I bought were Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero, and I only bought Band Hero because I needed new drums and that seemed like the best way to get them. I will probably NOT be getting the Guitar Hero this year because of all this.
So, just stick with the main games in the series, try and do something different, and don't come out with a new game every month.

Green Day Older Music Like Kerplunk, Dookie, Insomniac, Smoothed Out, Nimrod are well better albums than American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown. I deffionately prefer the Older ones.

Lol my friends know this annoying chick who thought there should be a Weezer rockband. I'd only play that if I wanted to fall asleep. But srsly they should make a Tingle rockband/guitarhero. It's a whole bunch of different songs from different bands, but it's gonna be Tingle, Ankle, Knuckle and David Jr. on the instruments and it'd rock!
