Every true pokefan played one game and got hooked on pokemon for life. My first time playing pokemon was on my brothers GBA playing Leafgreen. What was your first pokemon experience?

The first game I owned was Fire Red version. (Humorusly though I didn't know how to read when I got it, but I still beat it.)

Once the world is frozen, Hope will freeze as well. It shall become brittle and shatter. Once Hope is gone the world will enter Deep Freeze. I shall rule as Emperor of Darkness and Ice. - Me

Pokemon Yellow. I still remember not being able to find Professor Oak, and eventually assuming the game was unplayable...

Pokemon Emerald, with Mudkip being my first ever Pokemon. I want to play Pokemon Emerald soooo bad again! I really hope Nintendo puts it on the Wii U Virtual Console!
