Title says it all really, are there games which no matter how many times you've been through them, you can go back and play them from start to finish over and over? I know people who can tirelessly play Ocarina of Time repeatedly, even though the excitement of exploring Hyrule has died down. It's odd that now, when replay value is such a big deal, the term itself refers mostly to postgame content and alternate pathways rather than being a cohesive experience which gamers will want to go through multiple times.
As for myself, I've done 20 or so runs of Pokemon Sapphire casually, although this was because my family was poor at the time so we couldn't afford more games. The original Super Mario Bros is also very replayable for me.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
Fan of: Shin Megami Tensei/ (Classic) Mega Man/ Pokemon/ Batman Arkham/ Metal Gear Solid/Peanuts/ DBZ/ Regular Show/ Power Rangers/The Walking Dead/ Invincible/ Detective Comics/ Secret Six/ Immortal Iron Fist/ Lobo/ Green Lantern
Colors 3D:

Pokémon Emerald
Megaman StarForce
Gunman Clive
most RPGs(I like starting over and doing things differently, like changing the classes, the starter Pokémon, other main weapon, other choices in the story, this kind of stuff)
some others but I don't remember now.....
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

I've got a couple dozen playthroughs of Chrono Cross under my belt. I don't think I've gotten anywhere close to that kind of replayability out of any other game.
Other games that I've played through 6+ times each are Ocarina of Time, Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones, and Tales of Symphonia.
Shaman King Master of spirits 2
Castlevania dawn of sorrow
Super mario 64(ds)
Banjo kazooie/tooie
And probably some others that i cant remember at the moment.
Ocarina of Time is my most played game. I've completed it at least once a year since original release and have never got bored of it. Although I enjoy just playing through it "properly" I've started getting more adventurous with my replays, such as playing dungeons out of order. I also want to try the three heart challenge at some point.
Other games I've replayed a lot are Twilight Princess, Resident Evil 4, Bioshock, Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie. Any game I've particularly enjoyed and feel I can get more out of, I'll tend to replay - and that includes RPGs. I really want to find the time to go back and replay more but I'm still working through my backlog!
I have my occasional MegaMan marathon. That includes the classic and the X series and i have so much playthroughs under my belt that i can hardly count them Some of them must be in the hundrets at least.
Also, one of my most replayed RPGs is the first Breath of Fire. I dont know why exactly but at least once a year i play it through
Other than that, the usual suspects: Super Metroid, Super Mario World etc. But none of them comes close to my MegaMan playcount
I dont want to know how many hours of my life sunk into them
The Classic Mega Man games with a bit of Mario Land and RE4 thrown in. Since I have most of those games on a portable, they are my to-go games when I'm just alone chillin in the night.
Mostly alot of the NES and SNES era games. For some reason today's games one play through is enough for me.
Some examples of games that I can play over and over are
Mega Man 2 and 3
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Super Mario Bros 3
Super Mario World
The TMNT Arcade games
Any of the Mario Karts
Castlevania: SotN
I am sure there are others I am leaving out but that will do for now.

I like replaying the Legend of Spyro trilogy, because they're so simple and short that it's really easy to go through them. Plus, I find them incredibly fun because the nostalgia I have for them is amazing. Every time I replay them I love them more because I just remember more of my childhood playing through them. I wouldn't say they're objectively good games, without looking at them through rose-tinted glasses they're pretty mediocre, but they're in my personal favourites list anyway even though they have lots of problems. I just can't hate them for it, it's like the childhood movie you know is bad but love anyway because of the nostalgia.
The original Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games from the PlayStation I've replayed several times over. It's pretty easy for me to run through the Spyro games and they're nostalgic and whimsical, and in the case of Crash Bandicoot, I just find the games that fun(and they're not too long for me to come back to them once in a while).
I used to replay Pokémon games a lot. I used to be really obsessed with Pokémon.
Games I've played for many hours, though not by starting over, but because I got huge longevity out of them: Animal Crossing: Wild World/New Leaf, Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, Pokémon SoulSilver. I think I have over 1000 hours on all of them(I got 2000 hours out of Animal Crossing: Wild World alone), except New Leaf, which is at about 500 hours which is still pretty good for a game that came out six months ago. I've also played Skylanders Swap Force for about 150-200 hours now, which I think is great for a game that came out less than two months ago...

I been playing The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask since its came out and about three months ago. I'm not surprised if I going play it again and start over and over.
I started to play Mega Man X over and over lately. I only beat it once or twice in the past and now I beat Mega Man X on Wii U like ten times already. I blame Wii U VC library.

Super Mario bros, Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie, Ki Gold, Soul Calibur 2, Zelda Ocarina of time, Metroid Prime, Donkey Kong Country's just to name a few.
