I'm just interested in seeing what franchises people here are major fans about. The fandoms can be things such as TV series, movie series, Anime, book series, comic book series, video game series etc. Usually sci-fi or fantasy but it doesn't have to be. U either know heaps about or in video game cases are very good at your franchise and you absolutely love it.
Personally, I'm a massive Whovian, in which I LOVE, am obsessed with and have an encyclopedic knowledge of Doctor Who.
I also love Pokemon and then Star Wars on a smaller scale.
Oh, and of coarse I like Nintendo! I look forward to seeing all your responses!!!
Uncharted for one. If we can do music I'm a huge Linkin Park fan. I've got songs by them you will never hear about. I'm also a really big Transfomers fan. (of course I will pretend animated (who names a series animated?!) and prime (I literslly couldn't sit thorugh one episode, I had to stop adn finish it later) don't exist.)
I'm still a Dreamcast fanboy. Love it and still regard it as possibly the best system ever made(Dreamcast or Genesis tuff pick for me). Then again I'm just kinda a Sega fanboy cause I will also not back down from defending any of their other consoles or handhelds lol. Other than that I'm pretty big into the Bills and Sabres. Also Spiderman.

Lets see. Probably the biggest thing I am a fan of is Metallica I have every one of their CDs (except Ride the Lightning which was stolen from me and I need to replace) been to their concerts when they come to town have several shirts of theirs and know alot of trivia about them. Also I can usually tell what song of theirs is playing within the first few seconds of the beginning.
Another thing I am a fan of is Titanic (the ship not the movie) I have a bunch of newspaper articles that I have kept when they first found the wreckage, alot of books about it and various magazines about it as well. Also have a bunch of trivia about it too. This I guess you can say obsession came about when they first found the wreckage back in 1985 when my dad introduced me to it. Also I will add yeah I am one of those that liked the movie but I like it for more the accuracy they portrayed in the movie rather than the whole crappy love story. One day I hope to be able to go to the wreckage site.

Pokemon and Nintendo. The former was what really got me into the latter, and I'm a huge maniac for the franchise. I'm becoming more and more fond of Nintendo and hope to someday be educated on its history :3

Star Wars, Eggman (sometimes the Sonic series itself ), Mario Bros, Metroid, and Digimon are my big five; or at least the ones I've been a fan of the longest. (10+ years!)
Interesting answers. I guess you could say I'm kind of becoming a Zelda fanboy over the past 2 1/2 years since first playing Twilight Princess, which was awesome. Since then I've played Ocarina 3D and Skyward Sword as well as the NES and GBA ones through the Ambassador program. I'm still yet to play any of the GC ones, as I don't have one or any controllers.
