In the 90s we had a huge variety of Mario spin off games like Mario Paint, Yoshi’s Cookie, Yoshi’s Safari, Mario is Missing, Mario’s Time Machine, Mario Kart, Mario Picross, Mario Party, Tetris Attack in addition to Mario sports games. These days all we are getting are new Mario sports games along with new entries of long running spin off series like Mario Party. I hope we get new types of Mario spin off titles similar to the 16 bit era instead of only new entries in Mario Golf, Kart, Party, Tennis and Strikers. It’s long overdue.
I'd like to see Mario Galaxy spinoff into a Rosalina series. We do need more Galaxy games, its unique mechanics and especially unique design are too fun to let die, but I don't want to see Mario handcuffed to it, he can do much, much more than that (see: Sunshine and Odyssey). Hand the series off to Rosalina and have it continue as a new IP.
@Don Tetris Attack was not a Mario spinoff game. It was a localized version of Panel de Pon. Original it was fairies with a fantasy setting. The only reason the Name Tetris and Mario characters were used was to make more sellable in the West.
Mario Spin off games would be Mario Kart, Mario Tennis, Mario Super Strikers, Mario and Sonic at the Olympics.
In fact most of those games you listed aren't spinoffs at all, as much as they are just games with Mario name for marketing reasons such as Mario Paint, Mario Picross, and Tetris Attack.

Secret Agent Mario & Luigi.
Gameplay style like Sly Cooper, Mario use some cartoonish weapons to infiltrate the enemy's palace with spionage skills.
Mario Boxing
Cartoonish fighting games with Mario and friends. Gameplay style will be divided into two style: Boxing mode or Kickboxing mode (Like Boxing and Kickboxing games on PS1 by Agetec, same characters but with different movements). Mii will be playable with a lot of customization like Miitopia Switch.
@Tasuki
Oh wow, I didn’t know that Tetris Attack came from a game without Mario characters, interesting. I will have to check out a video of Panel de Pon on YouTube.
@Bolt_Strike I was thinking something similar to what you've said, having Rosalina star in her own game. That would be really cool to see. Especially since she's got the spin attack in 3D World!
@Don Panel de Pon is on NSO's SNES catalog as well. Also, Don and @Tasuki - Tetris Attack actually used characters from Yoshi's Island - most Mario characters don't even make an appearance in the game. Yoshi and Bowser were the only two mainstays to appear in it. But I do see where you're coming from, Tasuki, Yoshi's Island is technically part of the Mario series after all.
Also, Panel de Pon didn't just have a Yoshi's Island theme. There was a Pokemon-themed version called Pokemon Puzzle League for the Nintendo 64, and later on, there were unbranded versions for the GBA and DS that were simply called Puzzle League.

AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@MarioLover92 Pokémon Puzzle League, and Puzzle League and were all sequels to Tetris Attack (Panel de Pon). After Tetris Attack Nintendo couldn't use the Tetris name due to rights issue with the name (and the fact that it wasn't a Tetris game) So the just used the Puzzle League name for the series name. In fact Tetris Attack is on the NSO it's just goes by the Japanese name of Panel de Pon.

I will just bring up that cancelled Mario Wrestling game again. There were little details like it was presented as a TV game show which really sold the idea to me and if it embraced it's over the top nature like WWF before it got "edgy" it could have been great.
@MarioLover92 Yeah, Galaxy becoming a Rosalina spinoff would be similar to what they've done with actual Mario spinoffs as opposed to the sports games and Panel de Pon which are just entirely different games with the Mario branding slapped on. They did that multiple times where "sequels" to some Mario games were spinoffs with different characters (examples: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3). So it would make a ton of sense for them to do the same with Rosalina. The only issue is that it's been over 10 years since Galaxy 2, but there's still people asking for Galaxy 3, so they could probably still get away with it.
I feel like a Mario tactics game in a similar vein to Advance Wars could be a lot of fun. All the different factions and their various units would provide a lot of creative opportunities. We've got the Koopas and the Mushroom Kingdom of course. Then there's the Shy Guys, The Bean Bean Kingdom, The X-Nauts, and The Smithy Gang. Plenty of interesting lore to draw upon.
