@kkslider5552000 The more and more I see people talk about Velma the more I'm convinced it's the greatest artistic meta statement in animation since you had teenagers laughing blankly at teenagers laughing blankly in Beavis & Butthead. It’s an offensive irreverent cartoon people are actually offended by at a time when even South Park can no longer offended people.
Entertainment is at the peak of being disposable unless it’s a franchise or viral so they made it both whilst understanding the smark audience (like Rick & Morty fans who keep talking about how they know meta and are smart because they watch Rick & Morty) to create something that lives in their heads rent free and tricked into hate watching it to becoming a hit show.
I’m curious if it’s self aware like Beavis & Butthead or just schlocky like Room, I’m not gonna watch it though as it looks terrible, but kudos to them for good trolling either way.

I genuinely think you're giving them more credit than they deserve. It's probably just a badly written show with a baby's understanding of meta humor.
I don't like the whole "weaker hardware holds back gaming" argument. It's like me saying, "that PC game has a low setting, so it's holding back gaming" just because it can be adjusted for weaker or older hardware.
Just because lower end hardware like the Switch or the Xbox Series S exists, does not mean it's holding back gaming. If anything, there's a reason why PC games have different graphical settings, to adjust for different hardware, or for those who wish to adjust for better graphics, better performance, or a balance of both. My guess is developers optimize their games for consoles to run on them, which may include turning down certain graphics to get them running.
At least that's what I think, call it an unpopular opinion since I've seen others say Xbox Series S hold back gaming (FWIW, I never used an Xbox Series S, and my friend has a Series X when I visit).
It's really stupid just on the basis that the vast majority of games don't bother to push graphics anyway, and much of the ones that do are fairly unremarkable in the grand scheme of things.
Yeah I really look at the most creative indie titles and think "its not a semi-realistic action adventure game or shooter with slightly more impressive detail this time!11!!!!1111"
Nintendo Switch will be way much better without the shooting games from Activision.
Also, the current arguments about AAA games on PlayStation and XBOX was really a joke for me. 😆
I mean, who need AAA games when the smaller games or unpopular games are oftenly have something better gaming experience than AAA games ? 😏

The only one that really stands to mind for me on that front is Ryse: Son of Rome. There have always been games that've given a gimmick or over-advertised their graphics, but that's one that counts as tech demo first, game second. Crysis is a graphics benchmark, but as a game in addition to that it works nicely; so that counts as going the extra mile.
Sony and Microsoft are too busy with their shooter games and just only want to capitalize one statement : play our badass shooter games or else.
I mean, I just want to play something nice, something cute, something colorful, not the gritty evil shooting games.
Why the hell peoples have to play those evil games to be immersed in popularity and social life ?
They are not even games at all, I called them evil brainwash rubbish.
Keep your brain healthy by playing something appropriate.
When I created a thread about prefering 3rd party games than 1st party games, I still found some peoples here not really open minded with 3rd party games.
I mean, favoring 1st party Nintendo games too much is not good either in my opinion.
From my gaming experience, 3rd party games gave me some new gaming perspective or gaming idea rather than keep stuck on Mario stuffs all the time.
Yes, he is a popular Nintendo mascot but for me the 3rd party games characters with their different looking impressed me more than the same Nintendo stuffs that became overrated in my opinion.
And this is the reason my games collection are dominated by unpopular / niche games since I like to try something new as long fit with my criteria. I picked the unpopular games since they have je ne sais quoi quality that made me interested.
@imadeanaccount
Twilight Princess is one of my favourite Zelda games, and you quit right where I think the game starts getting good. Beyond that point, the game becomes less railroaded, and has some of the best dungeons in the series. Forest Temple and Gordon Mines are definitely two of the weaker dungeons in the game, but I thought that because I thought that they were too simple and easy- the Lakebed Temple actually marks a significant step up in complexity.
@DreamlandGem I’m sorry if it came out that way, i was just trying to say that if they feel that way because someone said that to them, they don’t sound to nice, I shall rephrase it so it doesn’t sound like this, again I apologize.
Edit: I just saw his comment got deleted, I shall do that to mine as well if that’s alright
@Eagly Aw thank you, that really means a lot! I feel like I only pop up from time to time with negative/bad comments lol but behind the scenes I'm always trying my best to keep the sites a positive & fun place for all of us 💖
@Snatcher
I didn't mean to post something that considered as inappropriate but pretty much I was sick with current situation between Microsoft and Sony with their feud as you can see from articles about them.
Yikes, good thing the whole “don’t target specific people” was mentioned here because I was about to engage in a full on rant against the people who can’t shut up about how Switch Sports and Mario Strikers Switch are “cAsH gRaBs”. They aren’t cash grabs, they aren’t unplayable, they don’t suck just because they don’t have the exact characters one person wants, it drives me CRAZY
Here's my unpopular opinion, or at least I think it is... I don't like Rocket League. I tried getting into it in the past, but that game is way more frustrating than fun to me. I keep getting bumped around and missing the ball, and there seems to be a huge amount of advanced moves which I can't really pull off easily. To those of you who like playing it, more power to you. It's just not for me, I guess.

Playing: Mario Kart World, Disney Dreamlight Valley
Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
