ALBW Zelda and BotW Zelda have different hairstyles and facial structures. The court deems that the pictures used are indeed of ALBW Zelda, and not a cosplaying BotW Zelda as suggested by the accused.
The only reasonable conclusion is that the accused assumed both were the same person based on name alone.
Oh no! I’m sure anyone would be confused, I mean even ssbu doesn’t separate the Zelda’s! And there have at least been three of them in smash bros history. Anyone would be confused.

@Eel Yes that is what I’m saying, there’s not many places that separate them all, even sheek for example is Zelda to some extent! Even Tetra is Zelda! I think this is just a confusion.
