I know it won’t happen because he’s mainly a TV actor and already has played a version of the Flash, but it would be cool to see Grant Gustin get a shot at playing the character in the DCU.

@EaglyBird Oh my goodness please don’t recast any of them, they were perfect for there roles in my opinion! It would be such a loss! Yeah everyone was just kinda alright though I think Wonder Woman is great, the writing just makes her seems worse then she is sometimes honestly, so I don’t mind if they keep her but everyone I don’t really care, I especially don’t care because of Ezra, the fact the director actually couldn’t give a darn and was just all like “everyone will forget” is annoying, he needs to go.

Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!

Honestly, I just want interesting good superhero movies that maybe don't end in a third-act battle.

@EaglyBird
I will take this as confirmation that Grant will be the Flash, because I like to set myself up for dissapointment.

@Kermit1
The only one I can think of that doesn't end in a battle is The Dark Knight. Even that is stretching it, since Batman still fights all the SWAT officers in that one building, but he doesn't really fight Joker or Two-Face.

@Kermit1
At the end of the day, having fight scenes is just a big part of anything to do with superheroes. Why have characters with super speed if they won't use it? Why have master martial artists if they don't ever get in a fight?
Now I do wish that this idea that every movie needs to have some world threatening villain would go away. I find it wierd that Spiderman is the character tasked with saving the multiverse. That Ant Man is supposed to keep one of the most powerful men alive trapped in the quantem realm. I wish threats would be more grounded and these world threatening ones would be saved for bigger movies.

On the subject of SuperHero movies, I wish we got stuff like Logan more.

@EaglyBird Agreed. I think if the genre took a step back for a little while and went back to more character focused explorations we would see the quality improve again.

On a similar tangent, I think pop culture media has just been far too cluttered lately, even for zoomer standards. Even stuff like Manga or even just standard reading has felt like there needs to be constant attention grabs at the sacrifice of cohesive writing.

Gonna be weird seeing Jason Mamoa as Wonder Woman.

Late reply, been a bit busy with some things, but I'm doing all right. Hope everyone is doing good. I'll be quoting those who have replied to me.

@MarioLover92 Again, it really depends on when you go to Disney, but both US parks are in what are traditionally warm climates for most of the year. So they can afford to function year round, but they do have busier seasons and even days of the week can vary depending on what's going on in each park. The Haunted Mansion ride at both Disney parks is designed to keep going pretty much the whole time; there's a long platform where you are supposed to board. They can stop the ride if necessary, but that stops all the "Doom Buggies". And there are a few occasions where it is a technical issue IIRC.

Heh....What job doesn't have the occasional jerk that comes along? Sadly there are a large minority of people who seem to think they're entitled to be one. I love the acting! We do rehearse and audition as well as search online for ideas. We aren't big enough to where we can reject people for their acting prowess or have a waiting list, but we do have rules and training (this latter point is for newer actors mostly).

Yeah for sure, I know both California and Florida constantly have sunny weather and stuff like that. So it's no wonder those Disney parks tend to be open year round. Plus, snow is pretty much non-existent unlike my area. They don't call California "the golden state" for nothing, lol. Is that Haunted Mansion ride not too fast like roller coasters? I'd imagine it'd be a slow ride so that you'd see all the scary stuff, but I was just wondering. Oh and while we're on the subject of theme parks, what are your thoughts on Super Nintendo World? That's another park I'd love to go to someday, though it could probably use some more rides. Maybe as time goes on since SNW is pretty new.

Lol exactly, at least you'd see how not to act in public. That does sound like it'd be fun, sounds like something I'd like doing. Especially since I got a taste of what acting is like from my class I mentioned a while back.

Thanks, it's nothing too major, but I've been enjoying the pillow case and night light at night. Also, these Imagine Ink pads are cool. Yeah, they're activity books for kids, but the invisible ink pen is too cool. Kinda wish they were around when I was a kid. That's awesome, enjoy the game when it comes out.

Indeed, F-Zero GX was a really, really fast game from what I remember.

Alrighty, hopefully it can be found for a good price. Older games are getting ridiculously expensive. Like it was never like this in the past. I remember, I would get older games for older systems for cheap years ago, now it's hard to do that, unless it's a game no one wants.

Will do, whenever I can get to it.

Yeah, my friend has Dreamlight Valley, and he has it on PC via GamePass so he's taken advantage of the cross-progression. It is nice. I started a new chapter on Switch earlier, then played on PC this evening. Alrighty, I think I never seen, Pocahontas, Hercules, and The Hunchback of Norte Dame. Those were Disney movies I did miss out on. Though, despite the microtransactions and F2P stuff, I recommend trying Disney Speedstorm. Just make sure to redeem the Golden Pass, even if you don't pay for it, as an Aladdin character is required for the season, and Jasmine is the free character (she's a good racer too).

Indeed, sometimes people just get "salty" as me and my friend puts it. Good example the comment in the Bluey game. There's really no need to be upset over a Bluey game existing or releasing the same day as Super Mario RPG remake, but the person was angry because the game was coming out the same day, there's no reason to be mad that a game exists. Don't like said game, simply don't buy it. If you're looking forward to the Super Mario RPG remake, then look forward to it. Other games existing isn't stopping that.

lol, I do have some duplicate games, mainly a few GBA and DS games, mostly for multiplayer, since multi-pak modes offered full multiplayer for games. Was handy when my friend came over and we played Sonic Advance 3 and Sonic Battle.

Good to hear. That invisible ink pen sounds cool, I wonder how that works? I'd imagine you'd need to look more closely to see what was written, or something like that. Thank you, I definitely will.

Yeah exactly, it's unfortunate that these retro game prices are going sky-high. It's why I don't shop for retro games anymore, and also why it pays to be grateful for what games we currently have. All those Nintendo games I've acquired over the years, especially from my childhood, aren't going anywhere. I think a lot of us like keeping those games... perhaps that's one reason why they've gotten so expensive? No rush from me, by the way. You're free to play whatever you want at the end of the day.

That's cool. It's been a while since I played Dreamlight Valley... I should come back to it sometime. I know I saw bits and pieces of Pocahontas, but that was years and years ago. The scene that I remember the most was the scene with the song, Colors of the Wind (I think that's what that song was called). I remember it because it was a sneak peek preview that was on The Lion King VHS that we had. I've never watched The Hunchback of Notre Dame... I did hear it's pretty underrated, IIRC. All righty, I might try out Disney Speedstorm at some point. My backlog is... a bit packed at the moment, and sometimes real life can kind of get in the way, lol. I kinda wanna finish Tears of the Kingdom, as well.

Gosh, that's a petty reason to be upset. And that's coming from someone who wants to get Super Mario RPG at some point. If there's a game that doesn't look appealing to me, I'd just move on.

Oh that's right I forgot about that. I don't have a lot of spare copies of GBA/DS games myself, and games in general, really. Most of my multiplayer sessions were on consoles.

Saw Oppenheimer at the matinee today. It was a good movie told in a very messy way.
