@JadeKitsune Nothing wrong with that. Personally, I find a lot of animated kids shows, and some preschool ones, more entertaining than adult animation (for lack of a better phrase). Alice's Wonderland Bakery just has that Wonderland charm to it, a lot of those shows have more imaginative scenarios and worlds in them, even though they're geared towards a younger audience.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Sunsy Alice taught me about the phrase "itadakimasu", which according to Google means "I humbly accept" before every meal. Along with mochi, which I got a couple boxes of from Target's grocery freezer section.
NO WAY....!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Take a Step Forward from DDR X3 got new stepchart on Challenge difficulty level 15 on DDR A3 ! 🤩
Such a great stepchart that matched with the song.
I think my dad purposely didn’t fuel one of our trucks up so that me and my brother wouldn’t be there for school. Now we get to go help him deal with a cow for thirty minutes instead of going. Not that I’m complaining.
@ComfyAko
Technically giving up right away would leave no sink costs in most situations.
Currently playing: Pokemon Soul Silver, Mario RPG

@blindsquarel That would be technically true given that the dream we give up on is left unfulfilled. However, we don't know the outcome until we try. Therefore, even if ex post we will have known it was a sunk cost, ex ante trying is always better, since we won't know the outcome until we spend the potential currency (time/money).
Notable exception - dream has 0% chance of being fulfilled, ex. going to live on Jupiter, being loved or accepted by your other people, getting rich through legal ways.
Bring me the sesame, miso, citrus and pepper flavored fish cakes
