You can overcome your handicap.
I know you have autistic but even autistic people can be better in learning something.
I am also diagnosed having Asperger by my young sister (she was graduated from child psychology degree) but I still able to learn something normally.
I only having trouble in keep my emotional feelings when I got triggered.
Btw, what do you think about my digital drawing?
@Anti-Matter It's fine. The only reason I started drawing myself is because commissions are getting more and more expensive, so I decided to draw my dreams for free instead.
Thing is, when I was little I used to doodle a LOT. Drew things like Sonic the Hedgehog and Pikachu, and occasionally stick figures with chubby bodies and scribbles for hands, just running around getting into all kinds of silly shenanigans. Unfortunately by middle school, my parents and teachers forced me to stop doodling altogether to get me through school, which at this point I should've ignored them like Dav Pilkey did when he made the Captain Underpants series. Then in high school I tried to get back into drawing in art, but the teacher didn't want me drawing silly cartoons and wanted me to go into "realism". That actually broke me for the next twenty years.
By now I could've met Stan Lee before his death, and possibly had an animated movie or series from DreamWorks or Disney.

Oh, designing characters by using Corel Draw is pretty simple.
It is like you make a polygon shape then you convert the lines into curves and you can adjust the line thickness, change the color of the shapes / the line color, combining two shapes into one or trim the shapes to create new shapes. It's pretty simple like you're working with paper and scissors.
I only took 4 weeks private lesson of designing with Corel Draw since year 2005 and I quickly grasped how to design characters by using vector drawing.
@JadeKitsune Yeah, my Mario Galaxy sits at about 90% complete. While I do enjoy a lot of the levels, I find naviating the hub world to get to the levels to be a drag, and a big part of why I don't finish the game.
For me, I think Mario Odyssey and game evolution/progress have made it harder for me to go back to older games.
@Colonel_Mustache My money has been ready for Galaxy 2. I am surprised they haven't released it yet. I wanted it bad. But now that my Galaxy 1 sits unfinished, and years go on, I'm not sure I still want Galaxy 2.

Oh, when I was Senior High School student during early 2000's, I have created my own character design inspired from NYPD Blue.
I had some interest with police or detective stuffs during that time so I created my own fictional police department featuring 5 protagonists (4 males + 1 female).
They are :
Edward Georges (lead detective police, expert in using guns)
Jennifer White (detective police, specialist in DNA tracing and biological stuffs)
dr. Marc Drummond (deputy chief, former surgery doctor, father of technology)
Charlie Vaughan (captain police, expert in martial arts)
Clark Hugo (senior detective police, investigator, specialist in chemical stuffs).

The problem with Mario Galaxy games was you cannot keep your multiple Mario's life after you quit from the game so it was very punishing as the next stages getting harder and you have less lives to survive, it was not exciting moment to continue Mario Galaxy games.
I still haven't finished yet my Mario Galaxy 2 Wii (currently at World 5) as I already felt burnout to recollecting more lives and continue the progress. And that's why I have very low hype with Mario franchises.
@Anti-Matter The only OCs that I created in my younger days were all in my head, like Batter-O (no relation to Beep-O from Mario + Rabbids), an anthropomorphic AAA battery (after the batteries from my Game Boy Pocket) who once traveled into a level called Cranberry's Fortress (based on Whomp's Fortress from Super Mario 64). Then in middle school I once brainstormed a world that was like Harry Potter and Sailor Moon... mostly for the aesthetics because anime was becoming super popular, and int this universe we had various worlds like Ice World, Lava World, Dark World (where the antagonist Darkwing... no relation to Darkwing Duck... resided), and the Magic Kingdom (no relation to Disney's theme park), which was the "base" of the entire universe, and everyone traveled to different worlds across the universe using portals, and there was even a Color World, which was similar to Earth but every continent was a different color of the rainbow.
@Anti-Matter Yeah, losing our extra lives if you closed the Galaxy 1 seemed a bit strange. Mario Odyssey has spoiled older Mario games for me. I can't wait for the sequel to Odyssey.
