@Kermit1 No prob! Glad those two codes worked. GameStop will dispense up to two code sheets per person. That's in case someone has both games. I only have Shield. Unfortunately we're both SoL on Marshadow unless I'm lucky enough to be near a Target during the first half of November...which is very unlikely.
Glad that you're in less pain today. Keep up on those soft foods! Some work very well mashed or softened too. (Potatoes, squash, bananas, rice pudding, oatmeal, etc.)
Busy day today, cleaned a room to prepare it for the upcoming holidays, and now waiting on groceries. Played some Monster Bash, got it from GOG as a bit of a Halloween gaming treat. If it wasn't for GOG or watching LGR on YouTube, I wouldn't even know about these classic PC games I missed out on.
Indeed. It gets the outdoor lights up before it gets too cold, and I can just plug them in. Plus, it helps makes things easier once the Christmas season comes. No need to rush to do anything.
@Sunsy I do admire geese and waterfowl...from a distance. I'm not crazy enough to go very close to them. Not only are they usually not bothering anyone, but the tales of how aggressive they can be aren't unfounded lol. Next time I'm on my laptop (posting on mobile RN), I'll try to remember to upload that owl photo on PostImage.
Same, I usually look at them from afar. If I get any zoomed in animal pictures, it's usually with the zoom feature on my phone. Sounds good. I think I could dig around my pictures, just recently transferred them from my phone to a USB stick via PC, so I can clean up my phone's pictures a bit.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
Five year anniversary of Mario Odyssey is here and I wanted to say that the game is... meh. It's clear there's lots of love put into it but when half the power moons are just in the ground waiting for you to ground pound the right spot... it screams of time constraints and laziness.
Crazy that both SMO and Breath of the Wild got a 97 on metacritic too. Feels like BotW earned it way more than SMO.
@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Those who know know (the Chicken Tai food word puzzle thing). Also you can go on the Nintendo Switch eshop and find games with that word that are rated T, truly odd.

That is odd. I wanna say it's just the Japanese word for pervert, but if it has an ESRB rating and not a CERO rating, I can't use that as an excuse.

I don't really care what your stance on hacking is: you have to admit that this is really, REALLY cool.
Ever since the closure of the eShops were announced for both 3DS and Wii U, my main concern was that a bunch of online games were going to be rendered almost useless in most likely 1-2 years time. So to see the fans take action themselves and get something similar to Wiimfi up and running is so damn cool to see. Games with huge multiplayer communities like Splatoon will live on, Miiverse can be resurrected just like it always was, Pokemon's trading and battling systems can continue as if nothing ever happened and you can even upload Mario Maker 1 levels again! It's such a cool thing that makes it so games can never truly die in today's day and age....and I just think that's neat
Highly recommend you watch the full video by the way, it goes far more in-depth about all this than I ever could!

That looks cool! I have a 3ds, actually. Got it when I was around 8 or so. And I was disappointed when I figured out Miiverse wasn't a thing anymore. And I don't mind pirating, I pirate anime and such all the time, and I pirated Tomodachi life when I was around 10 (Don't worry, I wound up buying the actual game on the eshop)

@Kermit1 You're welcome! I need to quit putting off loading Pokemon Home on my 3DS and transferring up some of my Pokemon before March. I'll need to double check on game compatibility though. I might just transfer legendary and event 'Mon for the most part.
Edit: Oof, apparently I need to reinstall Pokemon Bank for Home connectivity. This'll be "fun"....
I love potatoes, especially sweet potatoes. Most types of potatoes are very versatile and can be used in different ways. In fact, I might steam some mini potatoes with my supper later.

I....don't think you should be admitting to that.
