Unless you plan to hack the vita, Iād recommend reading reviews to check if third party cards work fine with the standard firmware, or sticking to sony-made ones.
I keep mine up to date and I havenāt really noticed any changes I would call clunky.
As for price, I wouldnāt really know. I bought mine when they still made them, during a black Friday.
@korosanbo@Eel Okay! good to know I have nothing to worry about now. (I might use ebay to buy my Vita, I'm looking at one on amazon that's a good deal but I think it might get taken soon)
@Tyranexx Thanks, same to you! A lot of the fireworks were pretty hard to see from my home, but I did see some of them. They all looked fabulous, too.
Yeah...you're not wrong on that. Some of those fanbases can get a bit...overboard. I love Mario games of course, it's in my username after all, but I definitely respect that others have their own favorite stuff. Even if it's not gaming-related. As for Splatoon 3, I'm guessing they'd have a dedicated Direct for that game around a month before the game comes out.

I was watching the gameplay The Alliance Alive 3DS and it looked similar as The Legend of Legacy 3DS
I rarely able to like other JRPG games aside from Final Fantasy games / Pokemon games / Yokai Watch games but these two JRPG 3DS games are currently caught my attention after I have never shown any interest on them.
Hoping for the best, in two days, I finally get to see Trolls World Tour in an actual theater. The movie is part of a summer series two local theaters are doing, and my friend and I are going to try going to both showings. Actually nervous about it. I've seen this movie plenty of times, it's one of my favorites, it's more of "I don't want anything to happen last second" kind of nervous because of what happened last time when the movie initially released.
Tagging @TheJGG as he's always encouraging the theater experience, really looking forward to seeing how one of my favorites look on the big screen.
@MarioLover92 Those can be fun and entertaining to read, even if they're not as helpful at times, lol.
I don't even remember that code, that reminds me, a lot of Sega racing games had a feature where you could just do a time trial race on their arcade machines. I liked doing that since I could drive without worrying about a race. Yeah, I have Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast, I wore out the disc, that I bought it again. Later on got it on GameCube and PC. It's not Outrun surprisingly, it's called Sega F355 Challenge, it was a Ferrari game where you had three screens to simulate being in an actual car. Was a cool machine to sit in too.
The resident Trolls superfan! Looking forward to Trolls Band Together this November!
I'm pleased to inform that the fan replacement I performed on my switch has worked wonders. The fan does barely any noise and doesn't make the switch rumble, but I can definitely feel the hot air coming out of the vents.
Hopefully this will give it a few more years of service.
Though I think I might buy thermal paste and go inside again, since the one that was already there looks... Sparse.
@Eel When I went in my brothers old Switch lite to do the cardboard drift fix I by complete accident dropped it (after I fixed it) and cracked the shell and screen quite badly. I've priced how much it would cost to fix the shell and screen and it's more than what my Mom paid for (btw my Mom bought the drifting Switch lite from my brother so he could save up for a Xbox and he got a new Switch for his birthday really early). I've also priced how much it would cost to sell it as is and it would be less than what my Mom paid for it (from my brother).
So anyway you look at it, I'm stuck with a broken Switch lite.
@Kermit1 ouch. Yes I assume you could sell it as for-parts (after making sure you format it completely). Or alternatively you could also buy a for-parts switch lite with a working screen and do a transplant. I suppose!
@Eel My brother has a salmon coloured Switch lite now.
I priced a for-parts Switch lite, besides the fact I can't really find any, they're a little too pricey with tax and shipping brought into the question and tools also.
On another note I slept until 3 today... I had to wake up early because passports and gosh was that the most awkward phone call I've ever had in my life, as the dude on the phone was asking me stuff, he thought I was hesitating at one point but I'd just woken up so I sounded off so my Mom had to explain to him and at another point I forgot my postal code and my Mom had to tell me then he thought someone was telling me everything, than I forgot my Mom's email. Then I went back to bed and slept till 3.
I was only sharing that to rid myself of the cringe... I'm becoming an adult...
@Sunsy Oh I didn't know that, that's cool they let you do time trials. All this time, I thought it was an exclusive mode to consoles. Yeah, if you're just playing through a track and not going for any records, it's definitely more chill. It's great for practicing, too. Sega F355 Challenge does sound cool! That sounds like a game I'd be willing to try out once I come across it.
Best of luck at the theater, by the way.

I don't know why everybody just keep ignoring my question when I tried to asked about these games. Do you really have no interest with these games or really never played these games ? š
I asked this question since suddenly I have curiosity with these two RPG games on 3DS and that was very unusual for me to get these 3DS games by ATLUS since generally I never like any games that published by ATLUS due to their games association are mostly rated M games.
So I repeat my question again.
What do you think about these two RPG games on 3DS ? (The Battle system since I have never saw turn based RPG like that)
I never played or felt the need to play these games, so there's no point in replying. I assume it's the same case with every other person not replying.
I'd recommend searching for videos or reviews, you won't be able to find useful information about them in this thread.
@TheJGG
If you look at my rank of Switch games on that thread, you will see the list of some games that I have removed due to no longer interest with them and those games are some of your top 10 Switch games. (Botw, xenoblade 2, Mario 3D All Stars, etc)
We are really opposite each other.
@Kermit1
Wow, really?
Those two games are really expensive currently at Canada ?
I found these two games are fairly cheap from my local online website. Well, only a few sellers have those games. Better I pick them up quickly since next year will be the end of 3DS era.
@Eel
I only got a review from YouTube about The Legend of Legacy if that game was pretty mediocre in graphic and storyline, really convoluted in Battle system, I still couldn't justify how difficult that game before I played by myself so I need some perspective from other players who have ever played those games. From graphic aspect, it wasn't really bad for me. The character design remind me of Final Fantasy III NDS design with their cute Chibi looking and similar eyes design. The environments on The Legend of Legacy was pretty weird as the trees and other stuffs will appear and disappear depend on your position, but it was pretty good on The Alliance Alive.
I was surprised to hear even The Alliance Alive that got an HD Remastered on Switch and PS4, still nobody have ever played those games. Before that, I also didn't care with those games until several days ago, I have curiosity to getting know more about The Legend of Legacy and The Alliance Alive when I was browsing for another 3DS games to be considered.
I have never saw Turn Based RPG style from those two games which the way you level up by using the available skills so far I knew from the review I heard but I still want to know more about the Battle system.
Btw, @Eel
Have you ever played any RPG games on 3DS ?
