@Tyranexx
Oh, don't worry.
You still able to play Epic Chef on Nintendo Switch. The game also have physical release.
I think the developer downgrade the console version since I bought the PS4 version that I thought will have better performance than Switch version but all the console version have same loading time to pass the gate and no grass textures unlike Steam version.
If you really want to play Epic Chef, better you find a website for some guidance, from list of ingredients, crafting list until the whole map of creepy forest since you can easily to get lost and wasting the time in creepy forest. I prepared a lot of papers to write down all the cooking battles situation, the judge taste gimmicks, which dish should be judged first and best combination ingredients to get highest flavor points yet still obey the rules or get minimum penalty as possible. Here is one website link I used to check the ingredients list with their dish Synergy. https://epic-chef.fandom.com/wiki/Ingredients
And here is YouTube link for walkthrough whenever you get stuck in the game.
Okay.
After I finished my Epic Chef PS4 yesterday, today I continued my progress of Dodgeball Academia PS4.
My first impression with this game, it was really good.
I like the combination of cartoonish 3D environments with 2D style characters, looks like modern Paper Mario style games from graphic aspect. And it was running in smooth 60 fps (Of course I played the PS4 version and this is the reason I bought the PS4 version).
From gameplay aspect, I found the RPG mechanism was like adaptation from other games. For example, 2 slots equipments was like FF VI or FF X-2, the charging Balltimate meter was like Extra Mode King of Fighter '97 (hold the Triangle button to charge the meter), the elementals in ability like Fire or Lightning, the recovery center in Hospital was like Pokemon Center. Even I found some name parody inside Dodgeball Academia.
Guess what names I found here? 😛
Speaking about my current status in Dodgeball Academia, my team have reached level 11, already learnt about Focus (Charging the Balltimate meter) and have reached Episode 2. Still have to work on my team level as the battle become more difficult when the KOed opponents stay behind my team and could throw the balls on my team.
I like this game so far. 😊
Yeah, I think the reason an engineer has to come out is to run the fibre across, @Tyranexx .... The previous tenant must have had some internet, after all
But the guy in the flat above had 1 out doing it for his & he said he'd been there for years, so I'm sure he hasn't only just got internet at all
It's already showing in my Virgin Media account as being the better broadband at the right amount, with a note about the 6 months as well Since they seem to encourage people to get apps to monitor the WiFi, it must be legit & obviously I'll be sure to check occasionally
My O2 SIM should arrive tomorrow & the email says I can start using that immediately. Fortunately, I'd finished the fixed term on my SIM only contract, so gave them the 2 weeks notice for that
Okay, about Dodgeball Academia PS4.
Currently my team have reached level 20 in Episode 3 and I saved my last position inside school toilet to exploit $15.00 from a boy student which you can challenge him anytime to get instant $15.00 as the reward. 😁
Hiya ! 😃
My updated progress about Dodgeball Academia PS4.
The game was actually pretty short.
I have reached Episode 5 from 8 in one day (8 hours gameplay by total) and there was an Option to adjust the Damage taken and Damage dealt from 0% to 100%.
By changing Damage taken = 0% and Damage Dealt = 100%, I instantly made my team become invincible, No damage taken at all and it turned the game become extremely super easy. It was a benefit but also made the whole gameplay become pretty boring with that adjustment.
Also, every episodes there were some challengers like in Pokemon games waiting for you for Dodgeball battle and they were become tougher every episode. Thank goodness I have adjusted the damage taken to 0% since I have tendency to play games casually so I will not worry about losing my HP. Because I have adjusted the damage taken to 0%, so All the recovery items practically became useless since I will not taking any damage and the only useful items are the items that will upgrade your parameter permanently (Strength, Agility, Technique).
I will continue the progress tomorrow.
Late replies because got caught up playing some games this weekend. Mostly the classic PC game Magic Carpet (a game by Bullfrog, the ones behind the Theme series, you play as a wizard on a magic carpet using spells to fight monsters, build a castle, and collect mana), some games of Apex arenas and Mario Kart.
@Sunsy I'll have to look up that particular brand of Mac just to see the old specs!
My family specifically had a Macintosh Performa 6116CD, if you wish to look at the specs. Though I do believe we added more RAM later on, specifically to play Toy Story Activity Center.
Talking about Nickelodeon Brawl: it costs 4,99 to get Jenny , it costs 11,99 to get the other two (Hugh and Rocko) as well in a pack. Its not a free extra like Garfield or Shredder.
I'm happy Jenny is in the new DLC, but really disappointed over Hugh Neutron. I loved Jimmy Neutron during its heyday, honestly, it's disappointing since I watched the show because I liked Jimmy himself, and the adventures he went on.
Was a huge Jimmy Neutron fan way back in 2002-2007, to the point of wearing Jimmy Neutron shirts almost everyday.
My Life as a Teenage Robot, was truly underrated, so great to see Nickelodeon acknowledge it more. last time I remember Jenny being in something was Nicktoons Attack of the Toybots on Wii, which also featured Rocko and Jimmy Neutron.
@Sunsy Thanks, I'm certainly enjoying it! It's honestly getting me back into Kirby, and I'm thinking of picking up Planet Robobot after finishing Forgotten Land. That's cool - enjoy it.
Good to hear you liked Mary Poppins Returns, then - I may give that a watch when I find the time.
So far, I enjoy Chronicles of Mystara. Friend and I even played it online and cleared it. Sounds like a plan, more recently I did play Kirby Super Star again as it was NSO's featured game for platinum points. Use to have the SNES cart.
Enjoy it when you see it. Most recent Disney thing I saw was the Phineas and Ferb movie on Disney+, I use to watch the show and was reminded, I can watch that movie now, lol.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Anti-Matter Awesome, and no prob man! I did look up Epic Chef and it looks pretty cool. I do love cooking and the world of cookery. Just a lot of games to play you know? Most of the time the games I do play, I stream. When I casual game, its mostly games that don't have progression in terms of story and things, say like Rocket League or Smash Bros (though it does have world of light). It feels like if I play them casually, I lose the experience of playing it on stream and sharing my experience with others. These days I tend to prefer shorter but awesome games! Though from what I've seen on steam, Epic Chef looks pretty neat! For one random thing, I need more rhythm games for me Switch xD!
@TheJGG Ahh.. It totally works with the vibe you were going for! It does sound a bit creepy. Thanks, I do try to see the subtleties in things at times. Geez, that is some serious compositional work, being 17 minutes long. Course man, let me know when it's ready
@Sunsy Haha... you and me both! Oh and nice, I love when games intro you to music. Funny enough there was this Final Fantasy fan game called FF Endless Nova, and I always loved the 8bit tune that played in the main menu. Years later I found out that its actually a song called Duvet. Yea.. no need if you got most of the stuff. Nice, good work in RR! Give Pokemon Unite a chance, I'm down to play! I'll try to let yall know when I'm gonna play some games!
@Tyranexx Yeesh! See, but it's good to have lots to do sometimes! Ahh.. I somehow gravitate toward the title of Miracle Mask with its pleasant name. I feel like I'll end up not seeing the twist as per usual xD. Ahh... I see, I take it though that you're having fun with the games? Hmm... the one on the Switch is kinda like separate right?
@MarioLover92 Ahh I hear ya, on that skill based grind rn. Bah really? I love assist trophies and pkmn, they add so many characters and variety to the game. Though, I do get that sometimes it gets a bit crazy but hey at least we got best of both worlds with the toggles! Lmao, about Palkia. Oh nice, it's good every now and again to get back to Smash, specially with the friendlies!
Um, I'm stuck in ace attorney ok, so I'm at the early part in chapter 4 where you first go to gourdy beach, and it's not showing up (gourdy beach) for me in the move option
