Well, on the 1 hand, I doubt it'll save much, @Dogorilla .... & Things are designed more for convenience these days, so they know most people don't bother turning off sockets usually
But it certainly shouldn't do any harm! Best turn consoles off by their button before switching off the wall 1, though, just in case
@MarioLover92
I personally have low interest with Mario games despite I like to buy certain Mario games, compared with 3rd party games that have more diversity and I like to adapt with new gameplay that Mario games don't have. I can see myself rarely touch my Mario games oncey I have finished the games. It wasn't bad but I think since my gaming nature like to try something not so popular things, some 3rd party games I played gave me more delight than Mario games.
I was wondering, even I knew you like Mario stuffs so much, have you ever for once liking the non Mario stuffs and getting along with those franchises (non 1st party games) ?
Even I like DDR games so much, but I still want to experience with other games that I think they have potential. And that's why I collected a lot of different games from different consoles. I want to try them.
About 3rd party games, what kind of 3rd party games you like to play since you don't show some enthusiasts with 3rd party games ?
The 3rd party games I meant was like Kao the Kangaroo 2022, Smurfs Mission Vileaf, Epic Chef, Overcooked All You Can Eat, something cartoonish like Mario but with different genre.
Oh, did you still play games from your other consoles?
I was wondering, even I knew you like Mario stuffs so much, have you ever for once liking the non Mario stuffs and getting along with those franchises (non 1st party games) ?
Well, yeah. What, you think I only play Mario and that's it? I play and enjoy a wide variety of games myself. I've been a gamer for as long as I can remember, and I play way more than just Mario, you know. Zelda, Metroid, Kirby, F-Zero, Splatoon, Animal Crossing, Sonic, Mega Man, Castlevania, and a good variety of indie games like Shovel Knight, Celeste, and Cuphead - I even love playing Tetris. Even if you're just looking at the Nintendo franchises that I mentioned, that's still a good range of genres being covered.
It also depends on what kind of game I'm currently in the mood for. Recently, I've been playing a ton of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, since the first wave of DLC courses is out now. Yesterday, I played Splatoon 2 with some friends of mine as well.
Mario has just always been my #1 favorite, especially the main Super Mario platformers and the Mario Kart series. They were a HUGE part of my childhood, they're the reason why I still game, and they're just plain fun to play, even today - Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World are just two of my favorite games of all time. But again, I play more than just Mario games, like the other ones I've mentioned in this very post.

Playing: Disney Dreamlight Valley
Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
I was wondering, is there any dishes that made of wood log ?
Literally you cooked a whole wood log on a pan.
I saw a bizzare dish that made of wood log from Epic Chef game I played and I wonder how was the taste. 🤔
Here is the video of cooking battle with using wood logs as main ingredients. (Watch at 2:45)
I just got back from watching Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore in theaters. It was fun and entertaining at points, but the first film is still the best of the bunch IMO. I'd rank it slightly above _Crimes of Grindelwald* even though I'm one of the minority who did like that film due to all the character building.
@Snatcher No prob! I like the new tags too, though they're clearly a work in progress. XD
@MarioLover92 Yep, I'd go ahead and give Curious Village another shot when you get the chance. Its story is pretty much self-contained, plus it's the first Layton release; you won't have anything spoiled. Not to mention that, plot-wise, it's the most down-to-earth. I actually only recall one of the games advertised: Day Dreamin' Davey, which is apparently an obscure mediocre title lol. I had mostly Pokemon GB/C games, but I did have an odd assortment of other games, some of them licensed shovelware. My siblings and I shared a few. My GBA SP went more places since it was more compact, but my OG DS saw plenty of travel too before its slow demise. The DS Lite I replaced it with is currently in my possession; its my travel unit of choice if I'm flying since I consider it the most expendable device I have.
@BruceCM Yep, though I'm told that one is more episodic than earlier titles, and some seem to think the puzzles are weaker. I haven't played it yet, so I can't confirm or deny those claims.
@Sunsy Thanks! The spoiler did work for me, though I was on my laptop at the time. They're definitely less functional on mobile lol.
Got some 3DS games today, The Legend of Dark Witch 3, Pokemon Yellow, and Balloon Kid. Used an eShop card I had trying to get some games before the 3DS eShop shuts down. It will be nice to save again in Pokemon Yellow.
@MarioLover92 Yup, I was very surprised to see Cruis'n. Last time I played Cruis'n before Christmas was in a bowling alley arcade twenty years ago.
That's good to hear then. Didn't know it had some updates, I still remember trying the beta for it they did years ago, which gave me a Mario outfit IIRC.
Yeah, as mentioned before, I have a few CDs for special reasons, beyond that most of my music is digital or on Spotify. Funnily enough, I still backup by GOG games to CD-Rs. Something nostalgic having classic games on a CD. Though all my GOG games do sit on a USB stick.
@Tyranexx Glad it worked because all it did was cover one line, and still exposed some of the text in some posts I've seen.
@Sunsy My bad. I didn't type full lines in my spoiler. When I type full lines of text, then the spoiler bar fails to cover multiple lines of text.
here's a game description for There Will Be No Turkey This Christmas On Christmas Eve, a small turkey manages to get inside a barrel, hiding from the Silva family that intended to roast it. Now disguised, it begins a saga of running, hiding, and running a little further in search of freedom.
@WoomyNNYes I don't know what amuses me more, the fact that's an actual game (not in a bad way), or you're having the same problem I'm having with spoilers now. Interesting, I'm guessing you type them differently. I tend to use tags as I type. Goes with any tags really.
@Sunsy It's a Metal-Gear-Santa-like game that on eshop, releasing May 19 (NA region). It's called. I made a general thread for it with a link to it's eshop page on nintendo's store. I really hope it's good.
@WoomyNNYes Oh, it's coming to Switch. Actually just found the Steam version. It does look good, most of the Steam user reviews have been positive taking a quick glance at the page.
