Umm....
Doraemon games always appear on Nintendo machines, but also in Japan version Only.
Well, if you still consider 3DS games, there are some 3DS Doraemon games.
But to tell you, Doraemon games are Always Mediocre in every single series. The games developed by small Japanese developers. No wonder the quality of Character movements in 3D rendering, gameplay concept, etc are not really satisfying.

But, if you don't mind, you can try this.
