Can anyone help me with how to lose weight?

My mom claims that crunches help in losing weight by building muscles. She claims that I don't need the Gym to lose weight and she refuses to follow a diet routine for me since I'm working on a night shift and that she thinks that I need to eat more food because of me working at night.

She is basically scared that I'll end up like my dad. I keep telling her that unless she makes an attempt to start a diet or take me to the damn gym, there is no way that I can lose weight. I walk everyday from home to office and vice versa for 30 minutes for your information.

Any advice on the fact that crunches won't help to lose weight will help.

Going into town for the day with family, so...yeah. be back whenever I feel like it.

@DefHalan Didn't Disney just state that they weren't into games anymore?

@Socar yep, but I worked for their mobile division, which Disney hasn't fully closed.

Have you tried going to smaller companies instead......like 5th Cell or Wayforward?

Four Years is reasonable enough. And if all else fails, keep moving forward....that's what they say.

@Socar lol most of my years of experience was with a indie company similar to the ones you mention. I don't want to mention their name since I don't want it to affect the type of discussions I can have about certain games. I was only with Disney for 6 months. I applied to Respawn, we will see if anything comes from that. Just gotta keep looking

Video game QA work? That sounds a lot more fun than the QA work I do. Anyway, I hope you can find another job before too long.

I bet, I have looked into other QA work but it seems like a conpletely different beast than Video Game QA
