Had two interviews over the last two days, and had to do a small road trip around the UK to get to them both. The second one had a practical assessment side to it, and I got to work with penguins, which was a plus! Should hear back from both of them by the end of the week, so fingers crossed.

Everyone relax. I can Splatoon with Alli while doing alone time with Megumi. As long as I don't accidentally mix up the activities, it'll be fine.

Awesome! they finally updated the NHK World app to have an on demand feature, so you can see the newest episode of a show anytime you want during the week after it aired. (Before it was only live streaming, so in order to see a particular show, you had to catch it when it was on. They'd play that episode 3 or 4 times in total during that day, but this is still much easier).

Oh my. Someone necro-bumbed a topic in the Wii U section from 2012 (about a Smash Bros. anime), and I was being such a d*** about how "superior anime is to western animation", lol.
