We need a thread that celebrates all of our large accomplishments, or other people's. Whether it is winning a contest, being accepted for a job/school, or celebrating an event. I say we should celebrate eachother's hard earned achievements.
If you have anything we should celebrate or congradulate upon everyone. With words and a feel-good song.
Also, (As long as its not against the mods' rules) I can showcase celebrations happening throughout Nintendo Life. Just say whether you want to be showcased in the title and I would gladly add the celebration, as long as it is appropriate.
Today I made a resolve to break a costly, debilitating and secret habit that I've had for quite a while now. I feel a lot happier than I thought I would after getting rid of everything. Here's hoping that I can keep up these spirits
CELEBRATION TIME!apologies in advance for anyone who clicked that link haha
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
For some reason, I thought this thread was deleted. Anyway, while I'm almost a week late, I'm happy to see the class of 2013 from my high school graduate. Couldn't attend though since it's 4 hours away while I'm on a budget.
Forgive me for not understanding American high school structures, but why is everyone graduating in... June? In Australia we still graduate before Uni Entrance Exams, but we wind up sticking around until September.
Nevertheless, congratulations @BlackSpy! I hope you buckle down and study hard >:3

Last Friday, I was promoted from middle school with the rest of my class. After summer break, my high school better watch out because I'm coming in full force!

Sorry to de-rail the thread but...
From what I've gathered from my obscure research, many schools in the United States have their academic-year-long sessions at a different time than Australia (August to May/June with a winter break). And I got the message that Australia has their sessions from February to December at the latest. Now why the respective countries are like that, I'll just use their different histories as the reasons.
Oh! Thanks for mentioning graduates, but I already graduated from high school 2 years ago (I'm class of 2011). Nevertheless, congrats for all graduates! And do better for those that are behind the pace!
