Cool Europe's is very different from the one here. Mine was longer didn't have the picture of Mario and instead of "Mario, pikachu and the gang thank you" it said "Mario, Yoshi and the gang thank you"
Its more than like just a survey to see how well of a job they did and how you liked their service thats all. Oh and I doubt that you get anything from filling it out and sending it in except for a big thank you.

B-b-but letters are so meaningful! So much so that we now have a thread about it, I'd bet that if he'd gotten an email instead there wouldn't be a thread like this. PS I'm being sacastic about most of this so please don't start an argument about the meaningfulness of letters
