Topic: Seeking play testers for my game

Hello all. I've been with the Nintendo Life community for some time now and not a day has gone by in the last 2 or 3 years that I haven't checked in at least once. As such, I trust the opinion of the community here and chose to ask for play testing assistance here. I tried this a while back with a previous build of the very same game and it helped greatly with certain design choices and what was kept/added/thrown out.

The name of the game is Super Flea (name not final) and it has come a long way since those days. I basically scrapped the whole thing and started fresh. Keep in mind that I am not in any way any kind of developer (made this on Game Maker) but I am hopeful that if I can make a complete product that is good enough, I can go somewhere with it. If not...It would still be pretty neat to make a full, complete game. So I guess you could call it more of a hobby at this point. Regardless, I am still in need of people who aren't my girlfriend or myself to get other aspects and insights into the game. I am reaching out to all members of the community but would especially love the help of those that do reviews here since you critique games professionally if any of you can fit it into your busy schedules.

I promise that although the game isn't complete (or anywhere near it) its not a glitchy mess and is very playable so it won't frustrate much on that front. The game is a 2D platformer and this build consists of 6 levels. It should take the average gamer no more than 2 hours to see everything. Keep in mind that if you do want to help test this game out, I would also send a word document containing a survey which will ask various questions pertaining to your playthrough which I would appreciate greatly if you filled out and sent back. I would appreciate anyone's help in testing how the game runs as well as their opinions. Thank you!

EDIT: Keep in mind that this game isn't playable on a MAC. You will need a PC to run it.

@bboy2970 You've been in the NL community long enough that you're a recognizable name, and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding people to play what is essentially a free game.
Sadly I'm restricted to Wii U browser, highly doubt it works on here. .__.

Also, do we need any special program to run said game? What engine does it use?

I'd be willing to, but I'm a bit busy right now (exams). Depending on how long you plan for your testing phase to be, I might be able to help. I enjoy critiquing things and helping people create a better product.

Well my PC sucks (pretty slow) and runs it fine. its not a very demanding game. as far as what program it runs on...its just a gamemaker exe file so it will just run, no extra programs needed. I think i'll keep the doors open to test this build of the game for about a week. If anyone wants a copy, please email me using the email in the OP.

Ah, Game Maker! I played around with that a while back, but I never made anything of note. I shot you an email — I'd love to test out the game and give feedback if it helps!
