Also, I forgot Breath of Fire V's D-Counter, which made a lot of people angry. When it reaches 100%, Ryu automatically dies, and there's no way to lower it.

Majora's Mask - if it weren't for the time mechanic, I would've enjoyed it.
I`ll agree, that was confusing but once you understand it, its easy to play. For the ones who quit playing MM for that reason, give it another chance please. Such an amazing game.

You're right man, Majora's Mask shouldn't be overlooked. For me, it's easily the best Zelda game.

I've played that game today. I wish they had released it on the DS too. It's not like the DS couldn't handle graphics like that.

No More Heroes: Having to repeat the same mission that gave you the most money over and over again just to pay for a rank match. Just give me the damn boss D:< Thankfully,NMH2 changed that. Another thing about NMH that sucked was when you drove your motorcycle and you use your boost and just barely touch something,you fell off and have to get up again.

Actually, it's not that it's confusing, it just sucks all the fun out of the game. It made everything more annoying than it needed to be, and I simply hated it. Sad, because it did a lot of other things very right.
Megaman Battle Network 5. The virus battles were far too frequent, even more frequent than the first game. Good thing 6 allowed you to go great distances to avoid battles, and the viruses wouldn't annialate you.

I heard rumors that the introductory ship portion of the DS version of Dragon Quest V cannot be passed, despite talking to all the people.
This is actually an anti-piracy measure. If the game detects that you are running it on one of those R4 cards or something, it won't let you trigger the flag that lets you get off the boat. You're just left floating in the ocean forever. Pretty clever, actually.
Wind Waker-Sailing Super Mario 64, Sunshine, Galaxy-Camera and swimming Modern Warfare 2-nukes, n00bs, and an incoherent story. I put more than one for two games, but whatever.
